I had discussion on Lesson 5 of Goal 3 Good Health and Well-being (1) of SDGs Topic conversation with XXXXXXX-san.
First of all, in Reading part, I learned the meaning of good health and Well-being with 3 points.
And then in the part of Mother and child heath, I explained to her that there is big difference in death toll related to pregnant and newborns between Japan and other countries (developing countries). And I told her that in japan the number of death of children under 5 years old due to poor nutrition is very low.
In the part of epidemic diseases, I explained to her that since in Japan the total number of new cases of HIV and AIDS is less than 1000 in 2024 and 2025, the situation of Japan is completely different form Africa and other countries.
I enjoyed communicating with her.

I had discussion on Lesson 3 of Goal 2 Zetro Hunger (1) of SDGs Topic conversation with Nythani-san.
First of all, I learned the following points through Reading part.
 The report also said that 34.7% of the children aged under 5 in India are too short for their age which is called stunting.
 20% suffer from wasting, which means their weight is too low for their height.
I learned the meanings of two words of “Stunting” and “Wasting”.
And I also leaned two primary root causes of Poverty and War for malnutrition and severe food shortages. I filled in several blanks by putting the appropriate words in the part of responding to reading. I also have a lot of discussion on Gola 2 Zero Hunger and my suggestions and measures to improve global hunger issue.
I enjoyed communicating with her.

I had discussion on Lesson 3 of Goal 2 Zetro Hunger (1) of SDGs Topic conversation with Nythani-san.
First of all, I answered two questions by describing the two pictures in Lead-in part.
I also replied to each of four questions by explaining the respective meanings of four words (undernourished, primary, anaemic and result in).
I learned the following points through Reading part.
 The number of people suffering from hunger is increasing all over the world
 India’s situations: More than 200 mil people stay hungry and one third of the children is undernourished.
 51.4% of women aged 15 to 49 are anaemic.
I enjoyed communicating with her.

I had discussion on Lesson 1 of Goal 1 No Poverty (1) of SDGs Topic conversation with Nythani-san.
First of all, I leaned the goals of No Poverty in the summary part. I explained dot her the initiatives which Japanese Government and local government have been taking for help reduce the Poverty. And I also explained to her the initiatives which average people in Japan have been taking.
I replied to the question on how many people are living in poverty in the world in the part of Lead-in of Lesson 2. I also replied on the question on the differences between absolute poverty and relative poverty. I enjoyed communicating with her.

I had discussion on Module 5.4 -Dealing with conflicts of Day 49 in Global Business Skills with Nythani-san.
First of all, I explained to her what learned during the last lesson. I could manage to choose words to complete the sentences of Situation 3 and Situation 4 in B In case of the agreement not reached. I also explained to her the experience which I have had many bargaining with labor unions. I told her the situations that we could not reach agreement with labor unions.
I could complete the part of Match each definition with vocabulary word. I could complete the question of Fill in the blanks. I enjoyed communicating with her.
