I just read the book について、readは現在形の発音で聞こえたので、現在形の発音で繰り返しました。訂正もありませんでしたが発音合ってますか。先生に質問しましたら、現在形ですと返答ありました。英語初級者なのですが、次のクラスの先生の発音は明らかに現在形ではありませんでした。混乱中です。
