The teacher is kind and my child really enjoys her lessons. She is a great teacher, and my child always looks forward to learning with her.
However, I was very disappointed with today’s lesson. My child was waiting for the class, but the teacher could not join because of a computer problem. We waited for more than 30 minutes without any notice, and the lesson became unsuccessful.
I understand that unexpected problems can happen. However, there have been three same-day cancellations in the past
