It had been a while since I last took a lesson with her. This was because I had been away from QQEnglish lessons for some time due to various other commitments. This time, I took two consecutive T/C lessons. Wanting to make it a lesson with as much interactive discussion as possible, I asked her questions related to the topics. She listened attentively to what I said and responded thoughtfully, making it a very worthwhile lesson. It wasn't a stiff or formal atmosphere at all; her natural, bright smile made it a very enjoyable lesson.

During the T/C lesson, I may have troubled Ms. Averlyn by asking her a few questions about the passage. However, she kindly responded to them, and we were able to develop the topic while exchanging opinions, which I think was helpful for conversation practice.

Starting this time, I've entered the Advanced course in my T/C lessons. I always do some preparation beforehand, but I feel that the vocabulary and content are somewhat more difficult and deeper than in the Intermediate course I've been taking. Personally, I don't just want to move through the pages; I want to practice conversation while exchanging opinions with my teacher on the parts that interest me, and I'm grateful that Ms. Averlyn is accommodating.

This time, too, I incorporated my own experiences into the T/C lesson, which helped with conversation practice. Also, thanks to Ms. Averlyn's skillful lesson management, I was able to complete the long intermediate-level course this time, and from next time I will move on to the advanced level lessons, which will be more challenging but I also expect it to be more rewarding.
