I had good discussion on Module 2.5 Business Telephone Etiquette in Global Business Skills with Ramona-san.
First of all, I could fill in the blanks of the questions on Telephone Do’s and Don’t of Reading and Writing. I also tried to fill in the blanks by listening to each sentence of the Listening parts of Answering Devices by listening to her reading.
I explained to her my experience about international calls based on different time zones.

I had a lot of discussion on Module 2.1 preparing to make a telephone call of DAY25 with Ramona-san.
In Reading question, I filled in each gap by using a proper word about the things we must keep in mind when making business call.
I could explain to her the objective in a telephone call in each of the four cases.
I also explained to her some actual situations which I have experienced in the past.
I enjoyed the lesson.

I had a lot of discussion 1.9 visiting company and 1.10 Welcoming visitors of Global Business Skills with Ramona-san.
I could reply to the question on Unscrambling sentences.
I also completed the question on Match each definition with vocabulary words. I asked her the meaning of polarization and the difference between the word of forthcoming and the words of the future. She replied to the questions clearly. It was very helpful for me.
I could also fill in the blanks in the dialogues between Mr. Coulter and receptionist in the question of Module 1.11 Checking into the Hotel.
