First of all, in the writing part, regarding Question 1, I managed to complete the e-mail to your assistant by filling in the blanks. Regarding Question 2 on Chairing a meeting, I could complete the sentences with words from the box.
I could also manage to write the sentences, which are in the wrong order, in the correct sequence.
